ABOUT US
Our Founder
Sue Moore Fenske works with nonprofit boards and executive leaders to turn commitment to their mission into clear direction, effective leadership, and measurable progress.
With more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit and for-profit leadership, Sue has served as an executive director, development director, business owner, consultant, and nonprofit board member and officer. She understands the demands of leading an organization—and the difference a prepared, engaged board can make.
Sue founded ElevateNPT after seeing too many essential nonprofits struggle because their leaders lacked the preparation, structure, and support needed to govern effectively and move their missions forward. As a nonprofit executive, she experienced the frustration of knowing her organization needed outside expertise but lacked the budget to engage a consultant. That experience shaped her commitment to making consulting services accessible and affordable for small and mid-sized nonprofits.
