Our Leadership
Sue Moore Fenske, founder and CEO of ElevateNPT, brings 25+ years of in-the-trenches leadership across the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. She equips nonprofits with the tools, discipline, and leadership habits that turn good intentions into measurable impact.
A former nonprofit executive, Sue knows how to move organizations from busy to effective. She has led strategy and communications work in health care, engineering, entertainment, education, banking, and human services—building the systems and culture that drive results, visibility, and sustainable growth. At ElevateNPT, her focus areas include strategic planning, leadership development, organizational assessment, change management, and board governance. Her work with boards helps directors clarify roles, raise engagement, and lead with confidence.
A graduate of Stephens College and University of Louisville, Sue holds an MBA and bachelor’s degrees in engineering science and communications.
