Caring about the mission is essential. It is not enough. Underperforming boards are a primary reason why organizations struggle to achieve their mission. Strong nonprofits need leaders who understand their distinct roles, work as leadership partners, and focus the board on the organization’s future—not on day-to-day operations. Designed for board chairs and executive directors to attend together, this series builds shared language, practical tools, and clear expectations each leadership team can put into action immediately.

Cancellation Policy
All registrations are final and non-refundable, except when a session is canceled by the organizers. Registrations may be transferred to another board chair–executive director team with advance written notice. If you are unable to participate, you may request that your registration fee be applied to a future offering. Requests must be submitted in writing at least two weeks before the first session for which you registered. Approved transfers are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee and availability in a future offering. Transfers are not guaranteed. If the organizers cancel a session, registrants may receive a refund for the canceled session or apply the payment to a future ElevateNPT program.
